Client Data
If you are a customer of 3 Point Resourcing services, we need to collect data about you in order to provide you with our recruitment services of finding candidates for your vacancies and relevant administrative purposes. Supplier Data

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
If your application is unsuccessful we shall hold your personal data for 6 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. After this time your personal data shall be deleted.

CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION OF DATA
We are legally required to obtain your consent to allow the collection and storage of your personal data. You will be asked to provide your consent and at any time you have the right to withdraw this consent and we shall stop processing or delete your personal data.

INACCCURATE OR INCOMPLETE DATA
We are required to hold and process accurate personal data. You have the right to request that we amend any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold on you.

ERASING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the "Right to Erasure" / "Right to be Forgotten" and you can request that we remove all of your personal data. Upon such a request, unless we have a legal reason, we shall delete all your personal data.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to request a Right to make a Subject Access Request (SAR) to enable you to access your personal data. If you wish to make a SAR we will respond to you within one month of the request.
